The Department of Philosophy & Religion Studies at the University of North Texas fosters interdisciplinarity and innovation via nation’s first Master’s Program in the field of Environmental Ethics as well as a leading Doctoral Program in Environmental Philosophy. We are also home to the Center for Environmental Philosophy and its journal, Environmental Ethics, as well as the Center for the Study of Interdisciplinarity and the Sub-Antarctic Biocultural Conservation Program.
