ENTIRELY FUNDED PHD POSITIONS IN CONTINENTAL PHILOSOPHY AT UNIVERSITY OF SOFIA
Seven scholarships are available for citizens of EU/UK/EEA and Switzerland providing full tuition waiver and monthly stipend allowing modest living in Sofia. Inexpensive dormitory accommodation is offered. Nevertheless, no residence in Sofia is required; extramural studies/distance learning are welcome. University of Sofia is founded in 1888 following the best academic traditions of the Continental Europe.
American applicants can apply for Fulbright Graduate Grants. Provincial loans are available for Canadian citizens.
Instruction concentrates on Continental Philosophy Tradition. Dissertation can be written in any field of Continental Philosophy.

Erasmus + opportunities are available for all EU students to visit up to one school year more than 20 Philosophy Departments throughout the EU. American Students can visit on a Fulbright grant too. Provincial loans for Canadian citizens.
Ph.D. Job Placement:
This degree is intended to secure eligibility for teaching in the academia in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, in the other European countries, North and South America, as well as in most of the other countries around the world. It can be used for jobs meant to the M.A. Philosophy alumni with even higher chance for success.
Applicants holding doctoral degrees in other areas are welcome.
